The RS25 chipless cutting machine is particularly suitable for

- chipless cutting of pipe sections
- chipless cutting of plastic
- chipless cutting of steel or non-ferrous metals

A typical application of the cutting machine is, for example, chipless cutting of pressure sensors from their carrier material or cutting corrugated hoses to length. Wall thicknesses from 0.1 mm to approx. 1.0 mm with a diameter of 3 to 25 mm are possible.

The chipless cutting machine is very easy to operate. The pipe to be cut is inserted into the feed axis, usually held by a gripper and moved to the cutting point. The pipe does not bend while the radially adjustable cutting rollers rotate around the axis of the pipe. The corresponding parameters for processing can be stored and managed in the machine control system. The user interface allows simple, logical operation. All functionally important processes are monitored electronically and the data is recorded in the control system. This ensures a high level of process reliability and reproducibility.
The optional feeding and deburring unit on display here also enables autonomous operation and does not affect the flexibility of the cutting machine. The unit can also be expanded to include a bar magazine and can also be used in combination with other machine types from Fichter formtec. Thanks to its modular design.
